Seasonal Leadership,
Sourced from the Wild

A career built in America's most remote and storied dining rooms. Currently serving guests at the edge of Glacier National Park. Pull up a chair.

Philosophy

Great restaurants are rooted in place; mine just happen to change with the seasons. From Glacier summers to Death Valley winters, and a beach or ski slope in between, my career is an ongoing adventure in hospitality. It’s not just a philosophy, it’s a living reality. This fast-paced rhythm has taught me how to build kitchens from scratch, lead teams with calm confidence, and deliver exceptional warmth when the closest supplier is a day away and we've only been a team for weeks.

Cows Grazing Hills

From the Land, Not the Ladder

My ingredients aren't harvested from a garden. They are gathered from remote kitchens, high-altitude dining rooms, desert resorts, and historic park lodges.

Every season, I source my team from across the globe, my resilience from isolation, and my leadership from the land itself. This is seasonal hospitality at its purest. No two places are the same. No two seasons repeat.

It is in this environment, I truly thrive.
